Professional Counselling Services
Life can be wonderful. But sometimes things can happen that are unexpected or undesirable, and exceed our ability to cope. Or maybe we just find ourselves feeling stuck and like life lacks meaning. Many different things can have deep and varied impacts on a our life. Good support is vital to maintaining wellbeing and finding life enjoyment. That's why I offer specialist counselling for individuals who are wanting to feel better, achieve change, and gain clarity.
Soul Story Legacy Gifts
A soul story is our most authentic reflection on life. It is the story we are able to create when we look back, review, extract our most important lessons, and recount our most precious memories. I help clients ensure nothing remains unspoken by being scribe to their innermost thoughts and philosophies. A soul story brings peace to my clients and the loved ones they eventually leave behind. It can also help future generations with their sense of identity and can be a way to share the wisdom of the past.
End-of-Life Care and Planning
A life-limiting illness can have deep and varied impacts on a person's life. New tasks and needs quickly emerge, and these are sometimes accompanied by a sense of change and loss. Good support is vital to maintaining well-being and life enjoyment. I’m a qualified counsellor and trained consultant for clients seeking support beyond their medical needs.
